Being fit and living healthy is what I know and love..Now.
But before my body and my mind was not always on point. Through my teenage years and my early 20s i struggled with depression, a lack of motivation, I had no discipline or direction in life. One day I walked into a gym, not knowing what to do so i hired a personal trainer. It would be a few years after that until i took it seriously.
Then it dawned on me I have to save myself. No one was going to come and save me. I hired a coach and I went all in on Personal Fitness. I Studied nutrition, became a nurse and learned about Fitness from one of my mentors Frank Zane, all this helped me design and test my own programs. Over the past 10 years of trial and error, I have developed The LEAN PROTOCOL, A Simple system to help you Shred the Fat and Become the best version of yourself in the process and STAY LEAN FOR LIFE.
My Mission Is to help 10000 People achieve their fitness Goal Using THE LEAN PROTOCOL.
